I sure hope President Obama didn’t strain himself or his fingers with a last minute tweet of support to unions in Wisconsin. It’s a breathtaking show of support. Really.
Here we have a fine example of Democratic gymnastics where Democrats call themselves populists and then when it comes to show up it’s half-assed or lukewarm support. Their large corporate campaign donors will tolerate watered down sentiments but actually pushing something (like a public option!!) is not gonna happen.
I say throw them all out, neither party gives a shit about normal people — normal people defined as anyone but the upper class with the working class taking the brunt of it.
