From here:
The group released a free smartphone application on Wednesday that allows people to record videos of and report police “stop and frisk” activity, a practice widely denounced by civil rights groups as unjustified stops that they say mostly target minorities and almost never results in an arrest.
Which will be bigger?
Stop and Donut? Or Stop and Frisk?
Given that there are only 30,000 NYPD officers (and not all of them eat donuts, you stereotypers out there) and there are close to 700,000 stop and frisks in Emperor Bloomberg’s Gnome Kingdom (also called New York City) I have a feeling the Stop and Frisk app will be much more popular than Stop and Donut.
