Sen. Rubio: US needs a ‘vibrant’ private market for health insurance
Now, my definition of vibrant is everybody is being treated for their illnesses and their healthy and vibrant.
Somehow I bet that’s not what Rubio proposes. I would guess he means vibrantly profitable and those people who can’t afford health insurance in his system can suck it.
As for what a vibrant douche is, well it’s a douche that is not lazy and sluggish in his douchebag ways. A striver douchebag I assume.
