Guess what? Offshoring has already solved all these problems.
Over-regulation? Not in China. Just dump your shit anywhere.
Over-litigation? Not in China. It’s a totalitarian government.
Over-taxation? Not in China, that I know of. Government services, including health care are limited and money flows in a completely different way.
So what the job creating gods want is a complete absence of responsibility to anyone — to their workers, to society at large.
