Will the Feebs say when they came in possession of the Wiener laptop?

From Zero Hedge here:

Now, according to the WSJ, it appears that Federal agents are preparing to scour roughly 650,000 emails that, as we reported moments ago were discovered weeks ago on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, to see how many relate to a prior probe of Hillary Clinton’s email use, as metadata on the device suggests there may be thousands sent to or from the private server that the Democratic nominee used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter.

Thus far the Clinton campaign is happy to focus on the wrongdoing of the FBI and not on any potential wrongdoing in their own house.

I don’t see this as an issue of corruption (unless it turns out that members of the Clinton team perjured themselves) but rather one of competence.  It is very surprising that laptop with thousands of emails to the Secretary of State of the U.S. was found in the possession of an ex-husband.

If we had a transparent situation going here it would de-escalate the situation to hear when this laptop was turned over by the Weiner.
